Consultation. The initial consult will review information you provide to help prepare your training program. Subsequent discussions will review and adjust your program as you progress.

Goal Setting. Identify realistic and achievable goals (short and long-term) and milestones for your training.

Training Plan. For tortoise, hare, and all points in between. Your coach will prepare a custom plan specific to your goals and abilities. Your plan is a dynamic organism – it will change shape along the way (as will you)!

Cross-Training. We will help you incorporate additional activities to complement your running.

Feedback. Unlimited phone and email feedback and communications. At a minimum, the Coaches would require weekly communication from you to monitor your progress and concerns.

Time Management. Planning to help you make the most of your valuable training time. Travel frequently? We will help you include running and walking as part of business and pleasure travel.

Referrals. For nutrition, medical and other training needs.

Deadpan humor. All you can eat.
